What we collect
When you register, we store your company name, contact person, business email, mobile number and country. When you submit a reservation request, we store the products, quantities, prices and the terms version you accepted, together with your contact details, so our Inside Sales team can process your request.
How we use it
Your details are used only to operate the clearance portal: verifying your account, reserving stock, contacting you about your requests, and keeping an audit trail of order processing. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Your reservation details are visible to you and to authorized Inside Sales and administration staff of the company you ordered from. Staff access is role-based and logged. Other customers never see your information.
How long we keep it
Account and reservation records are kept while your account is active and afterwards as required for order history, audit and legal purposes. Historical records are preserved even if company names or branding change.
Security
Access is protected by authenticated sessions, email verification, bot protection and server-side permission checks. Passwords are never stored in plain text and never appear in application code.
Your choices
You can review your reservations and profile at any time by signing in. To correct or remove your account data, contact the Inside Sales team of the company you registered with.
